Gain: 4kgs
Total loss: 18.8kgs
Current weight: 91.5kgs
Mmmmmmmmmmmm can't say I'm suprised but still a bummer all the same.
Not going to dwell on it, I'm just going to get on with it and get back to the somewhat healthlier lifestyle I was living BEFORE I went on holiday.
Nothing very exciting planned for today, work, work and work.
We do have some friends coming for a BBQ on Friday.
These particular friends we met when we attended our first antenatel class when we were having Reece and they were really nice, we ended up good friends but they then moved to Napier (about 4 hours north of where we live) about 4 years ago and it wasn't until a few months ago we got back in contact (contact slowly faded when they left - so sad) so we are really looking forward to meeting up again as they haven't met Adam and we haven't met their little girl Maddison. Let's hope for good weather.
Right I'm rambling now so I'll sign off..........

Good to see the photos. It really is a true holiday when you almost live in an outfit like togs and sarong:-)
Hey the gain wasn't as much as you thought! If you were anything like me in the past you would have gone on gaining for the rest of the year. At least nowdays we can pick ourselves up and get on with it again:-)
Great photos Rachel... looks like your kids had a ball! Yes a gain is a bummer, but you can lose it again... we all can lose the gains if we work on it, eventually right?
Hope you get good weather for your BBQ! Going to make some photos on the day?
:)
You have the right attitude! That's what its all about, getting back on the wagon and not focusing on the past! Good on you for recognising that!
Sounds like you had a fantastic holiday. Happy New Year hun xxx
Am sure you will get right back on track and be rid of those 4 kilos in no time at all!
Hope we can catch up some time soon?
I'm sure you'll take care of the gain in no time at all. Have a nice visit with your friends. All the best.
so farkin easy to put on and so much farkin effort to get it off! arghhhhhhhhh
Hi Rachel,
great to see you back, your holiday sounds like bliss.
I stayed home over christmas but had a similar result on the weight side of things. Have had my day of wallowing in self pity about how hard it all is (to lose etc) and am back on track again this week. (except I'm struggling to get back out of the 120's again) Very annoyed at myself for letting the kg back on as I thought I had left the 120's behind me last year. drat drat bugger drat.
Well I must say it is good to see you are back... kissmass wasnt kind to any of us.. but we are all soldiering on....
I dream of a kissmass when i dont gain mass amounts of weight and have to spend the next month or two trying to get back on track!!!
Love the picks...
weigh smeigh! don't worry about it. back on track and it'll be off in a week or two.

Life is for living and none more so than holidays. You had a great time and that's the main thing. Gaining is what we all did and now we're all finding our way back.
Sounds like a fab holiday and that's the important thing. Bet you're missing the pool tho. You might have to top up the mortgage and get one put in.
Hey you!!!!
Love the pics.....
