Weigh in

Lost: 100g
Current weight: 92.8kg (back to same weight I was 3 weeks ago)
Total loss: 17.5kgs

I'll take it !!!!!!!!!!!
Even though I tried to be on track this week, I did have 2 meals out and drank (again) so I am quite happy with 100g (believe it or not).

I am fluffing around (as I usually do) and really want to get to my birthday goal of being a 80's girl so I have decided to pull finger and set myself a goal for the week. I am going to exercise everyday this week no matter what! I don't care what sort of exercise it is as long as it is something. I started off well last night with hydro and I have my runners on today for a nice long lunchtime walk, Thursday is hydro again and I may even go and use the treadmill on Friday at work.
The weekend is going to be the killer for me and I am going to have to be extra focused because when I have the kids, I find it very hard to exercise. I do run around with them and what not but I do find it really hard to get out myself even for an hour for a brisk walk or something BUT NOT THIS WEEK PEOPLE!!!

I am aiming for a 900g loss this week to put me under the 92kg mark (I thrive on goals if you haven't noticed).

Right, every goal needs a reward and I have no idea what that will be but I am thinking, thinking, thinking. I'll let you know if I come up with something fantastic :)

I'm off tonight to Reece's school for a meeting with other parents about how teachers teach these days. As an example when I was at school, when learning to read we use to sound everything out but apparently they don't do it like that now and since I am helping him with his homework I figured I'd better find out how it is done these days so I can be doing the same thing his teacher is.

The sun is out in Wellington today - YAY!

A loss is a loss. Keep up the good work. No where to go but down.

Take it!! I'm sure with your determination you will reach your goal. Make sure you do reward yourself - get that thinking cap on!!!

I'm starting a 10 week challenge (from tomorrow). Feel ready to start recording my weight again and give my self a push.

great job, after the week you've had it's a great effort and not being able to exercise is always a killer so good girl!

you'll get to your goal, dont' worry so much! the more you pressure yourself with the shoulda's and coulda's the more you drift further from the track of just making a healthy lifestyle change.

Snap, I'm 92.8 as well, except I lost 200 grams ha ha I beat you (said in a playful way). My goal is to be in the 80's by the end of the month - sick of the 90's.

Hi!
Don't think I've commented on your blog before but I do read!
That's interesting about how they are teaching in NZ - I'm a Teacher in W.A and it's a very interesting subject! think sounding out is still the best way, but hey! You have to do what you think is best as Teachers AND as parents! Good on you for supporting education in that way!
Anyway, seeing as this is a weight loss blog, YOU GO GIRL!
You've inspired me to set a challenge for myself between now and my birthday....thanks for that!
xoxo
