YAY another 100 grams bites the dust!
Even though I was going for 900g this week to put me into the 91's I am very happy as I DIDN'T stick to my exercise challenge I set myself (exercise everyday) and only completed 4/7 days (must work on that!).
Slowly but surely I say, at least I can record a 'lost' and not a 'gain', right moving on.
Met up with my sister after weigh in and we went and had a kebab at the little turkish place up the road and then carried on to Hydro. Nicki (our instructor) was in another bad mood (LOL) and tried out some new exercises which I am paying for this morning. My hips hurt (never had that before) and my shoulders but in a good way.
Weather report: Clear and crisp this morning in Wellington and about 8 degree's....brrrrrrr.
My girlfriend and her 2 kids (same age as mine) are coming for dinner tonight which will be excellent and tomorrow I'm going back to hydro (I seem to be missing Thursday's for some strange reason).

Wooohooo hun 100 grams is fantastic because it isn't a gain aye!! Just like my blog post yesterday... makes ya think aye.

Great a loss!! My first attempts at WW I 'expected' around a kilo a week when it didn't happen it was easy to becoem fed up and eventually give up but this time I've thought how those smaller losses add up. Every 100 grams is getter you closer to where you want to be:-)
Peter loved the helicopter ride, weather wasn't great though. LOL he's a bit worried in case they buy him a parachute jump or bungee jump next year!!

Good loss Rachel! Wonder how I will go - I have changed my weigh in day to Thursday to follow along with Mellisa's 10 week challenge. We are neck and neck. What is your goal weight? Small loses do add up and we should certainly celebrate them (not with food though lol) 4/7 days exercise is great. You do need to let your muscles heal inbetween. Just keep up 4 days a week and it will work.
